Event Details: Our event is becoming one of the largest in the area, we have many stalls, therapists, readers including regulars like DKW Crystals large collection of crystals, Azure Dawn aura readings, Frances Munro -Reader, Soul Senses esoteric goodies, Wendy Asplin a tallented artist plus many more.
The venue offers free parking and excellent disabled access as well as a well appointed cafe. This event also has FIVE free talks throughout the day, details on the web site , booking seats will be required as space is limited so call to reserve your seats as you do not want to miss these talks.
So to sum this all up Free entry, suitable for all the family, a complete day out and great retail therapy !!.

Set up on the day from 8.30am,
Trading 9.30am till 4.30pm.

Event Details:

Stall details and Costs.

• Stall cost to be paid by return upon receipt of invoice or aleast one calender month prior to booked event.  To be paid cash, chq, postal order, also Pay Pal can be arranged.
  
• Stall sizes are in 6-foot frontage blocks. Depth will be dependant upon placement but you should have at least 4-foot depth no matter where you are placed.
• Requests for wall space will be on a first come basis.
• Readers’ tables are approx 4-foot length and two chairs will be supplied.
  
• Therapists need to confirm on application form size required, you will only be allocated this space.
  
• Everyone will be charged the same, either per block or per table, unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance.

• Traders, therapists, readers, must send copies of all current relevant insurance certificates.
  
• All must have cover relevant to there business.

Cancellations.

• If we cancel event we will refund all monies paid in full.
  
• If you cancel up to one month before event, full refund will be returned.
  
• Cancel up to two weeks before 50% refund, after that no refund will be issued.
  
• You can request someone else to take your stall space and we will send them application form and transfer any monies paid to their application.

General terms.

• Traders to supply own tables and chairs.
• Readers’ will be supplied with a table and two chairs by us.
• There may be a few extra tables and chairs on the day this will be allocated on a first come basis.
  
• Traders/readers etc who need electric must supply own tested leads.
  
• Other electrical equipment must be PAT tested and this will be checked after set up before the equipment can be used.
  
• No abusive behaviour allowed, you will be removed from building.
  
• Guide dogs only, no other pets.
  
• No stall sharing is allowed.
  
• Only goods stated on application form can be sold unless other wise agreed by us.
  
• No counterfeit goods will be tolerated at this event, the police will be informed.
  
• Customer comments will be taken into account when considering future applications for events.
  
• If you do bring children with you please keep them under control at all times or they will be rounded up and fed to the pet dragons.
