What it is ?
What colour is it ?
How big is it ?
How heavy is it ?
Is it new or second hand (Machinery)
Are there any accessories or spare parts (Machinery)
How much is postage or does the item need collecting.
Where in the country is the item located.

Also include things like description of condition i.e. (scratches or dents), and do you have pictures you could email to the buyer.
